ENGRAVING
Three simple steps
- Choose the knife. Any hunting knife from the selection below or from the catalogue can be engraved.
- Write the text. A name, a date or a short message, up to 30 characters. Enter it in the text field when you select the personalisation option on the product page.
- Receive the engraved knife. The engraving is done by laser directly on the blade and is permanent.
Examples: “Happy hunting, Tom!”, “For Dad, with love”, “Andrew, 14.06.2026”. Only text is engraved, no logos, images or emoji. For more information, see the knife engraving page.
Engraving costs 9.99 EUR, whichever knife you choose.
- Delivery: fast, the engraving adds a few days. Around Christmas, delivery may take longer.

WHY ENGRAVED
Why a personalised hunting knife
On a hunt or at a camp, knives end up side by side on the same table. A name engraved on the blade makes yours easy to recognise. When it is a gift, it reminds him every time who gave it to him.
Engraving on steel does not rub off or fade. We do it by laser, directly into the blade, in our workshop. It lasts as long as the knife itself.
What to look for in a hunting knife:
- Blade length. Short blades of 9 to 11.5 cm (Black Goat, Grizzly, Santis) are easier to control for fine work. Long blades of 15 to 17 cm (Matterhorn, Kamet) reach further when butchering.
- Steel. Black Goat, Santis and Grizzly have a D2 steel blade with a hardness of 58 to 62 HRC.
- Sheath. Black Goat, Santis and Grizzly come with a Kydex case, Matterhorn with a sheath and Kamet with a faux leather case.
- For bones. Atlas is a bone cleaver with a thick 7 mm blade for cutting and splitting bone.
