Why choose the Tsuchime collection

What you get, whichever model you choose.

Hammer marks

Hammer marks

The hammer marks stay visible and reduce food sticking to the blade. No two blades are alike.

14C28N

Sandvik steel

Hammer-forged. Stainless, holds an edge and is easy to resharpen.

59±2 HRC

59±2 HRC

The balance between an edge that lasts and a blade that doesn't turn brittle.

Wa-style handle

Maple wood with an ox horn ferrule, the classic handle of Japanese knives.

Before you order

When will my order arrive?

Delivery takes 3-10 days depending on your country, and free shipping is slower than paid shipping. Engraving adds 1-2 working days. Shipping costs from €3.49 depending on the country, and it's free on orders of €80 or more in eurozone countries.

How can I pay?

By card or PayPal. Cash on delivery is available in Greece only. Orders with engraving can only be paid by card.

Can I return the knife?

You have 30 days from receipt to return the knife, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, and we refund you within 14 days of the parcel reaching us. Engraved knives cannot be returned.

What warranty does it come with?

A 10-year DACOBI commercial warranty against material and manufacturing defects, when used correctly. It comes on top of the legal guarantee of conformity and does not replace it.

How do I care for it?

Wash it by hand right after use and dry it thoroughly. Don't put it in the dishwasher or leave it in the sink. Don't chop bones with it and don't strike hard objects with the blade. The Honesuki separates meat from the bone and cuts through joints, not through bone.

How long does the launch price last?

The launch price is valid on 29 September until 22:59 CEST, for orders completed by that time. From 29 September, 23:00 CEST, the price shown below the launch price applies.
